A worker will be able to request for their account to be deleted through your app. This is done through their settings. They can go to their settings and then select Delete Account.
They will need to input a reason as to why they want their account deleted and then select the button Delete Account.
Once requested, their screen will look like the screenshot below
Once they have requested for their account to be deleted, their deletion request will appear in the Dashboard under APP Deletion Requests.
Select the workers profile. Once you are in the workers profile you will see an option to Delete Account at the top.
When you select the Delete Account button, a pop-up message will prompt on your screen for you to confirm the deletion of the worker’s profile.
Once an account is deleted, the account cannot be recovered. If they would like to sign up again, the worker will need to create a new account. They can use the same email address and phone number.
Please make sure that the worker has been removed from any placements or shifts before you delete their account. Once deleted, it will show the account has been deleted from their profile.
Please note that the worker profile will still be visible through your Agency Portal. This is because the account cannot be fully deleted as some records must be kept for legal purposes.
