Worker App - Profile

The Profile tab in the app is where the candidate can view, edit and add to their personal and work information.

What is visible and editable in a worker’s profile differs per agency. For some agencies, the candidates are prevented from editing any details and are prompted to contact the agency to make changes.

The details that the candidate can add or edit on their Profile are:

  • Availability

    • Weekly Availability

    • Unavailable Dates

  • Personal Information

    • Name

  • Phone Number

  • Home Address

  • About

    • General about

    • Experience

  • Skills

    • Relevant work skills

  • Job Categories & Subcategories / Specialties

  • Languages

    • Language & Proficiency

  • Documents

  • Emergency Contact

✏️ Note: Depending on the agency's configuration, workers may not see or be able to edit all of these sections.
