If your Agency has the Welcome Message feature enabled, the first message that your candidate will receive after they have signed up to your app is your agency crafted welcome message.
Workers are able to respond to this message and start engaging right away.
Workers will also be able to start new conversations with agency or client users that your agency has made visible.
Tip π‘ If the candidate has turned on notifications, they will receive a push notification for every message they receive. If you see on the Messages conversation view in the Agency Portal that the candidate has Notifications Disabled, direct them to their device's notifications settings to turn that on.
