Worker App - Clocking In and Clocking Out

Track time on shifts and placements in the app.

Clocking in on shifts in the Schedule tab

On the Schedule tab of the worker app, the worker will be able to clock in 15 minutes before the start of their shift. The worker will also need to be at the proper work location or else it will be noted on their timesheet that they were outside the radius determined by the client.

Depending on the rules set by your agency, the worker may or may not be able to clock in if they aren't within a set radius of the work location.

Selecting "Clock In" will start the timer. If the worker changes the clock-in time, they must enter a reason for editing the clock-in time.

At the end of the shift, it will be marked "Completed".

Clocking in for placements on the "Jobs" tab

Some placements in the app track hours through the Jobs tab. Once you are accepted for a job, the job information will appear under the "Active" view of the Jobs tab.

This is where you Clock In.

Selecting "Clock In" will start the timer.

Once your placement has ended, you can find the job in the "Past" tab.
