The Schedule tab has a calendar view and a list of dates with upcoming available and assigned shifts.

Workers can filter by "All Shifts", "Open Shifts", or "My Assigned Shifts". Each view displays a calendar view and a filtered list of the upcoming shifts.

In order to see shifts, workers must

  • Have a home address within 50-mi radius of the work location

  • For healthcare, the job's Title matches the worker's

  • For non-healthcare industries, the job's Categories and Subcategories match the worker's

  • Have completed onboarding and their Status set to "Eligible for Work"

Workers can select "Request Shift" for shifts that they are eligible for and view upcoming shifts that have been confirmed.

✏️ Note: If you aren't able to see any shifts on the schedule, message your recruiter for more information.

Depending on the agency's configuration and worker status, you may either be able to Request Shift, then wait for the client or agency to assign you, or Claim Shift and immediately assign yourself to the shift.

Shift Information

Selecting the arrow in the upper right-hand corner of a shift card will expand that shift to display the job's location, wage, job description, recruiter contact and location data.

  • When a shift is Assigned, selecting "Assigned" again will also expand the shift information.

  • Selecting a date on the calendar will scroll the list of shift cards to display the selected date

  • Dragging the calendar down by the tab will expand the calendar over the shift cards.

Which Shifts Do Workers See?

In their Schedule view, workers will see any open shifts where:

  • The job status is Active

  • The job category matches the worker's category

  • The job location is within 50 miles of the worker's address

  • The shift start time is in the future

  • The shift does not overlap with any of their assigned shifts
