Managing Recruiter and Team Accounts

Managers can edit their own profile and create or manage regular users.

Manager access through your Agency Portal allows you to view and customize the onboarding process. This includes App Sign-Up Questions, Welcome Message, Categories, and Skills). It also gives you the option of creating as well as managing other users. Other users are typically considered individual recruiters or departments that may share access under the same set of credentials.

How can I view my list of Recruiters?

You can view your users by logging into your Agency Portal and select your profile icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen. A drop-down menu will appear, select Settings.

Your settings menu will open and you will see your profile. To view any profile that has recruiter access, select the Recruiters tab on the left-hand side of your screen.

How do I add a recruiter?

Follow the steps outlined above and select the Recruiters tab. The Recruiters page will have all currently listed recruiters that have been added to your agency. Select the “New Recruiter” button just underneath your profile icon to create a new Recruiter. Remember, you can create departments to represent several individuals under the same name (i.e. HR Department, Payroll Department, etc).

A new recruiter form will open. All of the required fields that need to be completed will be highlighted by a yellow asterisk. All other fields are for contact information and will be stored on their profile.

Under Agency Info, you will see options that allow you to select “Visible” and “Not Visible”. This means that workers can start new-app conversations with visible agency users. Workers can always message recruiters to which they are assigned to or recruiters that are assigned to the job upon which a worker is currently placed.

The Recruiter ID field is only used if your application is integrated with Bullhorn. If it's not, then you can leave this blank. Once finished, select "Save Changes" at the top to complete the profile.

Once it's been created, you can also reset the password for this account by selecting the "Reset Password" icon. This will send an email with the password reset instructions to their email address.
