Chrome extensions are used with Chrome browser. Going into your Chrome web store, you can search for ActivateStaff Messenger and install the extension: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/search/activatestaff%20Messenger
After installing the extension, you'll want to pin it to your taskbar on your chrome window, so it's easy to find.
Now that the Chrome extension is fully installed, you're prepared to start messaging. Clicking on the chrome extension icon will bring up the sign-in field. You'll need to sign in with your ActivateStaff login and password, not your Bullhorn credentials.
π Note: If you forget your password, navigate to the Agency Portal and click forgot password. Enter in your work email address, and a temporary password will be emailed to you. You must also reset your password to something you can remember, to understand those steps see this article to help.
After a complete installation, you are now ready to use the ActivateStaff Messenger.
Clicking the ActivateStaff button on the bottom right-hand corner of your browser will open the messaging sidebar on top of Bullhorn. From here, you can send and receive messages and blast messages, without having to navigate to the Agency Portal.
As your workers/candidates reply back to your messages, you will see a notification badge on the Messenger button.
In addition to the badge counter on the ActivateStaff button, you'll also receive an email notification to your inbox when a worker replies to a direct message or blast message.
