App Sign Up Questions

Learn more about your workers when they sign-up through the app.

All candidates will go through an app sign-up process when they download your app. It is a customized process that is determined by the agency’s industry. These questions should be targeted towards your intended audience. This is for you to better understand who is signing up to your app.

Here are some sample questions:

  1. What type of work are you looking for?

  2. How many years of experience do you have within your speciality?

  3. Are you willing to consent to a drug test?

  4. How did you hear about us?

  5. Are you willing to work overtime hours?

With these questions, you can also have 4 different response types.

  • Text

  • Yes/No

  • Multiple Choice

  • File Upload

With each of these response types, it also offers the ability to include a file upload.

The number of questions that are included in this section is completely up to your agency, however we recommend 4 or 5 to ensure a speedy onboarding process.

It’s important to connect with your sourcing, marketing, and onboarding teams to help create these questions and help your candidates through the app sign-up process. If they are an already existing candidate, this process will also help to refresh your understanding of what their needs and wants are.

💡 Remember! The app sign-up section is a space that is designed to give your agency the chance to ask the most important questions you need to gain insight into your candidate base.

Viewing Worker Responses

You’ll be able to see what response your candidates select through the Settings page of your Agency Portal. Multiple Choice and Yes/No questions will also show analytics for the total responses.

Another way to see a worker's response is by going to their profile and going to the “Onboarding Answers” tab.
