Blast Messages are used to reach multiple candidates instantly. Each candidate included in the Blast Message will receive the message, but will not be able to see who else the message has been sent to, nor any replies from the other recipients.
The person that sends the Blast Message will see responses from all recipients threaded in the conversation. Each message can be responded to privately, or another Blast Message can be sent out to all recipients.
How to send a Blast Message:
Select the messages tab at the top of your screen.
Go to the Blast tab inside the messaged module.
Select the ‘+New’ button to open a new message.
Name the Blast Message - this is what the candidate will see as the subject line for when they receive the message.
Add any additional recruiters if necessary that should also be looped in on the message.
Add Workers or Worker Lists
Draft your message.
Select the delivery method then hit send.
