Worker Status

Track workers' onboarding and work eligibility

A worker's Status indicates if they’ve completed onboarding and what their work eligibility is with the agency.

You can see and change the worker's Status on their profile.

Default Status

For most agencies, workers will have a status of "New Sign-Up" assigned when they first sign up to the mobile app. They also might have a “Manually Entered” status if the worker was created manually through your Agency Portal.

Worker Status and App Schedules

For agencies that are using the Scheduling module, workers won't be able to Request or Claim Shifts unless they have an "Eligible to Work" status.
