Input time on behalf of workers
Workers can clock in and out of scheduled shifts from the worker mobile app. If a worker forgets to clock in, the agency can adjust the time entry to reflect the worker's actual start time.
Clock-in times are bound by the times indicated by the schedule, so a manager cannot clock in on behalf of a worker more than 2 hours before a shift begins.
A clock-in time cannot overlap with the previous shift and must fall at least one minute after the previous clock-out time.
Edit time entries
You can edit time entries by selecting the bolded "Clock-in" or "Clock-out" text. The details of the entry will expand below. To edit the entry, select "Make an Edit."
Edited time entries will display the name of who edited them, and the reason for the edit
There is no limit to the number of times that an entry can be edited
Managers can request edits to a timesheet submission
Clock-in and clock-out times cannot be more than 16 hours apart
Clock-in time cannot be after the shift end time
Clock-in time cannot be in the future
Export timesheets
On the Workers tab, click "Export Timesheets" to export all timesheets within a chosen date range. If you only want to export timesheets for specific workers, select them first, then click "Export Timesheets".
