Worker Activity
Key actions that workers perform on the mobile app are instantly captured in real-time and updated accordingly within the Worker Activity section. The filter icon in the top right of the Worker Activity section can be used to narrow down the results from all activity including App Installs, Profile Updates or Job Acceptances.
Messages
Any unread direct messages will be displayed on the dashboard. The module will display a snapshot of each message to provide a quick look at the content. When an individual message is selected, the Messages page will be opened.
π‘ Tip: Keep your candidates engaged and dedicated to your agency, it is beneficial to be sure to be regularly checking in on your messages. Diligent follow-up and quick reply times will help keep these individuals' loyalty to you and your agency.
Analytics
The analytics section displays key metrics on the usage of the ActivateStaff platform. The data represented in this table will reflect your worker engagement and agency performance.
Shift Report
If you're using our Scheduling module, the Shift Report lets you export all assigned shifts in a given date range to a CSV file. It includes information on the company, location, job, worker, and the shift dates and times.
App Usage
The App Usage report and data tables give you a view into how workers are progressing through app sign-up, using messages, and getting onto placements. As a manager, you'll see the data for the agency as a whole, as well as the events attributed to each recruiter. As a recruiter, you'll see the events attributed to you and your assigned workers.
If your agency uses the Placements feature, you'll also see data about job submissions and placements.
