Managers within your agency will create a profile with your basic information and you will receive an email with your login credentials and a temporary password. Once you get your email, you will need to navigate to the Agency Portal at https://agency.activatestaff.com/login to log in and change your password.
Note for agencies with ATS integrations: Whether you utilize the Agency Portal or if your ATS is your main tool, all users are required to have a ActivateStaff profile
💡Tip: Your email should be your work email, and your mobile number should be your work number, as it is visible to workers who you confirm for jobs.
Having issues with your password?
On the Sign In Screen, click Forgot Password and enter your email address. This will automatically send you a Password Reset email that will have a new temporary password for you. Just like the first time you sign in with a temporary password, you want to navigate back to your profile and update your password to something you remember.
💡Tip: To be extra safe with your login credentials, use a tool like 1Password which will generate an incredibly safe and secure password as well as store your details with a 2 way authentication.
Do you belong to a department with a shared login?
Some of our agencies have departments (ie: HR, Payroll etc.) with a shared email, therefore a shared login to ActivateStaff. If your agency has a 'recruiter' profile that is set up for a department, it is essential that all team members be aware of the shared password. This is a prime example of when a password vault such as 1Password would be essential.
