Password Reset for Workers

Step by Step instructions on how to help Workers reset their passwords

Workers are able to reset their password on the worker app:

  1. On the sign in page, select “Forgot Password?”

  2. Enter in the email used during the sign up process.

  3. Once entered, a temporary password will be sent to the workers email address.

  4. Navigate back to the app and on the sign in page, sign in using the email address and temporary password.

  5. Once logged in, the worker will automatically have to put in a new password.

💡Tip: If a worker isn’t receiving a reset password email, please have them check their junk/spam folder.

Sending a Reset Password email on the Worker’s behalf

If a worker is having trouble resetting their password, you will be able to send them a reset password email on their behalf. It’s also important to note that managers and recruiters also have the ability to send reset password emails to workers.

Search for the worker that you need to send a reset password email for, select the worker and on their profile page you will see a “Reset Password” option. Clicking that button will send an email to the worker with their temporary password.

The worker will then have to login with the temporary password and setup a new password.
