We all need a reset password once in awhile! Not only because we can be forgetful, but also for security purposes. It’s always in best practice to reset your password every 6 months and not use a password that you use for other website logins such as for your email inbox.
Here is a step by step guide on how you can reset the password for your recruiters and your managers.
Through your Agency Portal
Head over to your Settings through your profile icon at the top right hand corner of your screen. Go to your Recruiters tab on the left hand side and select the recruiter from your list that you need to send a reset password for. Select the blue reset password button at the top of your screen.
A reset password email will be sent to the email address that has been assigned to the profile. The email will have a temporary password for the recruiter to login with. They will need to login using their email address and the temporary password that has been provided for them.
This password is only temporary and once you login and you will need to set a new password. Go back to the login screen and login with your temporary password. Once logged in, select the profile icon in the top right hand corner of your screen. Select your Settings, scroll down to the bottom of the page. You will see a section to set up a new password. Enter in your temporary password as your “Old Password” and create a new password and confirm that new password. Make sure that you use a password that you will remember but also one that will be secure.
Through Forgot Password Option
Recruiters and Managers can also reset their password by selecting “Forgot Password?” option at the login screen.
Once selected, they will need to enter in their email address.
Once they request a reset password email, an email with a temporary password will be sent. They will then login with their email and temporary password and need to update their password through their settings just as the following steps above for Through your Agency Portal.
