There are several ways that you can check who has or hasn’t signed up for your app within your Agency Portal. One area is the dashboard which is located under the Worker Activity Feed menu.
Select the funnel-shaped icon in the top right-hand corner, or what we like to call, the filter icon. This will allow you to select different selections to filter through. The one you would select is “App Sign-ups.”
Another area of your Agency Portal where you can view new sign-ups is navigating to the Workers tab at the top of your screen.
Next, select the More Filters option and select “App Installed” under App Status.
What is App Invite Pending?
If you have sent out app invites to workers and want to see who hasn’t installed the app yet, follow the steps that are outlined above, but this time, select “App Invite Pending.” You will see a list of individuals who have been sent an app invite but have not accepted it yet. To help your team continue to be engaged with your workers without spamming them, you can also filter it further by excluding workers who were recently invited within a certain amount of days. Additionally, to reduce sending an invite to unengaged workers, avoid sending invites out to those that received one either weeks or even months ago.
Not Invited Yet:
If there are workers that you want to see that have not been invited to the app yet, follow the steps outlined above and select the option “Not Invited Yet.”
It will show you a list of workers that have not been invited to the app yet and you’ll be able to know who needs to be sent an app invite.
